EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of PKR 250 levied on Cash On Delivery purchases, however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

Non-refundable advance policy applies in terms of cancellation or not picking the order by client.

No refund policy on Ready to wear items at ZQ.

ZQ will entertain return and exchange only if delivered product comes under manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped or size errors.

ZQ is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors after washing (ONLY USE DRYCLEAN).

Any declaration regarding faulty items will be entertained only with in 7 days of time.

All products are under licensed under the brand ZOHAIB QADEER COUTURE & has the rights to manufacture &

Publicize in terms of custom-made outfits or in house production.

Zohaib Qadeer Couture has full rights to use, sell or utilize the product if the client fails to pick or pay for the respected order with-in the given time.
