BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY

It is understood that cancellation of order is a part of business and in such situation our CEO Mr. Zohaib Qadeer beliefs that the following policy will safeguard the client and company in a comfortable way.

ONLINE ORDERS: 

• No cancellations on customize online orders.
• No cancellations on URGENT online orders. 

STORE ORDERS / FORMALS / BRIDALS / ONLINE BRIDALS

 Cancellation of order with-in a week if BRAND has not provided swatches or sample of work. (Complete advance refund). 

Cancellation of order with in 15 days of booking if BRAND has provided swatches and sample. (30% advance refund)

Cancellation of order after starting of production will come under NON-REFUNDABLE of advance.

Customize designs comes under NON-REFUNDABLE advances at any point.

No cancellation/refunds on URGENT WEDDING orders.

Failure in BALANCE payment or receiving the order with-in the given time may lead to cancellation or terminating the order with NO REFUNDS.

Zohaib Qadeer Couture has full rights to use, sell or utilize the product if the client fails to pick or pay BALANCE amount for the respected order with-in the given time.

Taking PICTURES or VIDEOS of concerned dress are not allowed at store without BOOKINGS.

STRICT LEGAL ACTION may applicable if at any point customer fails to follow rules or break them in nay way.
